At iHDS, we provide high-quality Supported Independent Living (SIL) services tailored for NDIS participants with SIL funding that meets all their support needs, NDIS goals, and can live as independently as possible.

24/7 On-Site & Clinical Support

Round-the-clock on-site care with Onsite Overnight Assistance (OOA), ensuring participants always have access to the assistance they need.

Compatibility-Focused Approach

Our holistic pairing approach matches participants with compatible support workers and housemates, creating positive relationships and stable living environments.

I-Help currently has vacancies in SIL and SDA homes and is actively seeking suitable co-tenants. We also have the capacity to establish SIL supports in both SIL and SDA settings across VIC, QLD & NSW.

Our SIL Homes

  • Our SIL homes are designed to accommodate between 1 to 4 residents.
  • Each home includes a dedicated room for support workers or nurses.
  • Onsite Overnight Assistance (OOA) ensures round-the-clock care.
  • We deliver SIL services across all SDA design categories.

Discharge Transition Care

Led by Registered Nurses, the iHDS Clinical Care Department ensures specialist care management for participants transitioning from hospital to supported accommodation.

Our Clinical Care and Accommodation teams provide comprehensive support, working closely with hospital staff, allied health professionals, and families to ensure a seamless and safe transition.

Initial Contact

Get in touch with the IHDS team to discuss the participant’s goals and support needs for transitioning to Supported Independent Living.

Planning and
Coordination

IHDS will collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Support Coordinators, and other professionals to develop a personalised SIL transition plan.

Finding the Right Home and Supports

We work with the participant, their family, and support network to identify the most suitable SIL accommodation and services.

Moving In and Ongoing Support

Our team will begin delivering tailored support to help the participant settle in, build life skills, increase independence, and achieve their goals.
